You acknowledge that your commercial contract is exclusively with Djanobranndkit, and Shopify bears no liability for the quality or legality of the products sold.

SECTION 20: LOGISTICAL RISK AND TITLE TRANSFERENCE

The title and risk of loss for all merchandise pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 21: PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All visual assets and product designs within the Djanobranndkit ecosystem are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

SECTION 22: MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION
